About Background Band

Hello my name is Chad, and I am the creator of Background Band. I originally decided to create this website out of frustration with the lack of music that could be used for commercial use video projects on YouTube.

I knew there had to be a simpler way to find quality music that could be used for commercial use projects without worrying about copyright laws. So being a musician myself, I decided to address this problem by creating my own background music. Then I decided to make that music available to everyone else.
